🔹 Information Management and Territorial Liaison Expert
Act as the vital link between 3iS, technical teams, community leaders, and institutional actors within the NASA Lifelines "Ready for Impact" program. You will be responsible for mapping local stakeholders, maintaining permanent relationships with authorities (CMGRD), and ensuring that hydrometeorological tools and information flows are accessible, culturally appropriate, and effectively utilized for territorial risk management.
Additionally, you will lead the implementation of the ANTICIPA model in rural and urban educational centers, coordinating with teachers and local secretaries of education to strengthen risk scenarios and school-community articulation. Your role is crucial for systematizing field perceptions, identifying barriers, and providing the qualitative evidence and local testimonies needed for the project's scalability and long-term impact in the Amazonian context.
